About Souk Ayyadi

Souk Ayyadi was ushered into existence by Tamweelcom in 2007. Souk Ayyadi is an integrated marketing program that offers Tamweelcom clientele the opportunity to receive support from a reputable company while expanding their promotional base. Given that Tamweelcom believes in team work, the Company devoted its collective expertise and financial support to conceptualizing and realizing “the first of its kind” interactive market in the Kingdom.

The Tamweelcom  goals work in harmony. Tamweelcom improves the local economy through the alleviation of unemployment by providing financial support to micro-entrepreneurs, resulting in job opportunities. Tamweelcom raises the standard of living for low-income members of society by providing marketing opportunities and opening a channel of direct communication between client and consumer. Souk Ayyadi helps its clientele build their business acumen and develop their products, according to market demand.

Most microfinance institutions do not have a comprehensive strategy for their clients’ commercial future, leaving them without access to professional marketing services and susceptible to failure. Souk Ayyadi employs two strategies for successful marketing: the retail promotion of the products through the showrooms, bazaars and e-commerce websites; and by educating its clientele. The education is dispensed in two ways:  business skills seminars and “on the job” training. Souk Ayyadi positions its clientele for successful business ventures while other Non-Financial Services unburden them of personal, social and financial constraints that could prohibit that same successful outcome.
